Annual Contractors’ Workshop to assist construction & development professionals with Clean Water Act continuing education.
The Tippecanoe County Partnership for Water Quality (TCPWQ) is hosting its annual Contractors’ Workshop to assist construction & development professionals with continuing education related to Clean Water Act requirements; especially those for stormwater quality protection as well as erosion and sediment control. Clean Water Act permits are required in Tippecanoe County for all active construction sites that disturb 1/2 or more acres of land.
Agenda topics will include presentations on what needs to be done to stay in compliance with local and state regulations as well as best management practices (BMPs).
Networking Time will also be provided with Local Officials To Ask & Answer Questions.
Registration sign-in at the workshop on Wednesday, February 20th will be open from 7:30-8:00a.m.; Workshop will be held from 8:00-11:30a.m. Coffee and donuts will be provided.
